What are double head tablet counting and filling machine ?

Double head tablet counting and filling machine are series of machine which can count and filling tablet , softgel or similar into bottle or similiar container . Double head tablet counting and filling machines have double head and generay has 16 tracks as compare to single head which have only 8 tracks. This provide higher speed for production lines , Generaly double head can have multiple track like 10 track , 5 track per head to 20 tracks 10 track per head which can provide optimal speed depending on number of tablet filled per bottle . This series of machine are very usefull when then the production requirement is higher like 60 bpm for filling 30 tablet per bottle .
