Working principle of ampoule sticker labeling with rejection :

In this series of machine , the ampoule are loaded into infeed tray of machine . then ampoule are travel from infeed worm to center starwheel and then label is applied onto the ampoule / vial.Then ampoule are passed from camera or color sensor for checking of lableing then rejected ampoule vial are collected in seperate tray and then accuracy ampoule / vial collected onto to outfeed tray of the machine.
